Men and Women – Boxes and Wires

Published by Roger Butner on

I saw this video recently at a Men’s Fraternity meeting, and found it to be both profoundly hilarious and profoundly true. If you have been having difficulties with the opposite sex, particularly your spouse, buckle up and take notes. This will make everything clear!

Enjoy and learn!

I’ve seen the entire session from this DVD. I haven’t seen the whole series, but it’s pretty good stuff. And the guy is really funny.

On a side note, I love my nothing box!

Great post on Trey Morgan’s blog about traits of a real man.

I enjoyed this as well. Nothing is my favorite place.

This series was great fun and yet brought home a lot of truth. I really enjoyed seeing this again.

Seriously though, don’t women have boxes too? I know that I had a box filled with a traumatic experience in my childhood which I kept securely hidden away in the attic of my memory. After 40+ years, full of dust and cobwebs, a pastor friend somehow bumped into that box and everything came tumbling out and was finally dealt with. There may still be other boxes up there, but God will open them in His time.

And I also have a ‘nothing’ box. Hubby and I respectfully allow each other space and time to deal with nothing – at our leisure. After such a ‘waste’ of time, we have renewed energy and everything else gets done anyways! Maybe we’re blessed that way after 43 years of marriage!!I enjoy your blog.

Glad you have enjoyed my blog, Karin. Thanks for the comment. Yes, even when it is fun, we do need to be careful about going too far with putting anyone into absolute categories. By gender, race, region, political bent, etc.

I mean, even Darth Vader tapped into his goodness and ended on a high note. He wasn’t all bad. Been looking for an opportunity to open up my Star Wars box on the blog! đŸ˜‰
