I have heard that called a precatory prayer. One thing I have learned is if I do not allow forgiveness to rule my heart I end-up praying lots of precatory prayers then being bitter against lots of people. I really believe true forgiveness is something we all will spend a life time working on....I can do all things through Him who gives me strength....
